Foodacy offers a free plan with limited access and a Premium plan with unlimited access to features (e.g., advanced generation, history...).
The Premium plan is €2.99/month (incl. tax). It may be displayed in euros (€) or dollars ($) depending on selected currency.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe (www.stripe.com). Foodacy does not store any banking information on its servers. Transactions are encrypted using Stripe’s security standards.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal unless the service has already been fully delivered.
Premium subscriptions are monthly and non-binding. Cancellation is possible anytime and takes effect at the end of the current period.
Foodacy is not liable for AI generation errors or temporary service interruptions.
We reserve the right to change the terms. Users will be notified via email or on the website.
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Chalon-sur-Saône court.
Personal data is collected in accordance with current regulations. It is only used for managing your account and improving the service. You may request access, correction, or deletion at any time by contacting us.
The content generated and all elements of the Foodacy site (text, images, interface, etc.) are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or unauthorized use is prohibited.
Users agree to use Foodacy in accordance with the law and these terms. Any abusive or fraudulent use may result in account suspension.
We strive to ensure continuous access to the service, but temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or updates.
In case of discrepancy between the translated versions of these terms and the French version, only the French version shall prevail.
